The Contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform these services at the PFC Cloyse E. Hall USARC, 1915 Roanoke Blvd, Salem VA 24153-6488. The contractor shall perform to the standards in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), as well as all local, state, and federal regulations. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code that applies to the principal nature of the acquisition is 562111 - Solid Waste Collection. The corresponding size standard is $47,000,000.00. The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with a base year and four (4) one-year option periods. The Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.SAM.gov to be eligible for award.
