See attached Solicitation and Salient Characteristics Offerors may submit questions by 31 August 2026 by 1300 Mountain Standard Time Responses will be consolidated and posted by 4 September 2026 by 1300 Eastern Standard Time Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presentlyavailable for this effort. No award will be made under thissolicitation until funds are available. The Government re-serves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before orafter the closing date. In the event the Government can-cels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation toreimburse an offeror for any costs.
