This proposed contract action is a Total Small Business Set-Aside (in accordance with FAR Part 19). (3) Codes for services or supplies. Product Service Code (PSC): Z2LZ - Repair or Alteration of Parking Facilities Servicesz2 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code: 238990 - All Other Specialty Trade Contractors (Size Standard: $19,000,000) (4) Description. Requirement Title: Repair AC Paving/March ARB Estimated Magnitude $750,000 to $1,000,000.00 Project Location: March Air Reserve Base (March ARB) in California. Scope of Work: This project requires the repair and replacement of pavement and curbs in various locations for the 163 ATKW CA ANG at March Air Reserve Base. The scope of work includes design, inspection, preparation, slurry seal types II and III, mill and overlay, curbs, full-depth replacement, striping, and signage. Period of Performance: 120 days. Procurement Structure: This is a new requirement for March ARB. The contract structure will consist of one (1) base Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) and multiple option CLINs (up to 10 options depending on funding availability) that can be issued during the initial 120-day performance period. Award will be based on price and past performance. Mandatory Sources Statement: All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, which will be considered by the agency. Specific Conditions: Because this is a construction contract, provisions regarding the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders will apply (per Part 36). Contractors are also advised of local supply chain volatility involving liquid asphalt binder, and the strict local environmental and safety compliance standards in California.
