When a contract includes both services and supplies, the 50 percent limitation shall apply only to the service portion of the contract; W50S8J26QA023 Page 15 of 36 (2) Supplies (other than procurement from a nonmanufacturer of such supplies), it will not pay more than 50 percent of the amount paid by the Government for contract performance, excluding the cost of materials, to subcontractors that are not similarly situated entities.

Scope

The previous engine was determined to be non-repairable due to a "runaway" event. **2.0 SCOPE OF WORK** The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to procure and install a new engine and specified components to return the Government-furnished SVL90-2 to a fully mission-capable status. **3.0 SPECIFIC TASKS** **3.1 Equipment Inspection** 3.1.1 As the equipment is currently disassembled, the Contractor shall perform an initial inventory and inspection of the Government-furnished vehicle and all removed components to ensure all necessary parts are present for the reassembly and installation process. **3.2 Engine Procurement and Installation** 3.2.1 The Contractor shall procure and install one (1) new replacement engine (Part # 1J542-00001 / REPL ENG V38CRT or exact equivalent).

Deliverables

The Contractor shall submit payment requests using the following document type(s): (i) For cost-type line items, including labor-hour or time-and-materials, submit a cost voucher. (ii) For fixed price line items- (A) That require shipment of a deliverable, submit the invoice and receiving report specified by the Contracting Officer.
