This project consists of the repair by replacement of the low-slope roof covering of Building 333, U.S. Army Garrison (USAG) - Rock Island Arsenal (RIA). The scope consists of the replacing approximately 76,600 square feet (s.f.) of aged and deteriorating Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer (EPDM) and polyisocyanurate (ISO) insulation with new fully adhered single-ply EPDM membrane over new ISO insulation.
