The Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Government a receiving report at the time of each delivery of supplies or services under this contract or task or delivery order. . GENERAL INFORMATION The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Hood, Texas, is issuing this PRE-SOLICITATION notice in accordance with FAR 5.201 and FAR 5.204. The purpose of this notice is to provide general information regarding the scope of the Installation Custodial Service requirement and to solicit questions or feedback from industry partners on this acquisition. All responsible sources may submit a response which shall be considered by the agency. NOTICE: A formal solicitation is not currently available, and proposals are not required at this time. This is a pre-solicitation notice only. 2. SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT The Contractor shall provide all management, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to ensure custodial services are performed at Fort Hood, Texas. Services include, but are not limited to: Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms and kitchens. Trash removal and emptying of recycle bins. Window cleaning and maintenance of food service areas. Vacuuming and spot cleaning of carpets. 3. ACQUISITION STRATEGY Competition: This requirement is 100% HUBZone Set-Aside. Contract Type: The Government contemplates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.
