A total of twenty-four (24) sanitation units must be delivered and securely anchored across six (6) designated outdoor training area locations at Fort Eustis, Virginia. All units must be serviced exactly once per week on Wednesdays (between 0700 and 1600 hours). Servicing includes complete tank evacuation, sanitizing and scrubbing, chemical recharging, and fully replenishing all consumables (minimum 2 rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, clean water, and hand sanitizer). Emergency maintenance, repairs, or full unit replacements must be completed within twenty-four (24) hours of notification at no additional cost to the Government.
