Scope

During the phase in period, the Contractor shall become familiar with performance requirements in order to commence full performance of services on the contract start date.

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform AT, SCC, and CPS functions as a part of MCOE's HIT as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The AT will use their knowledge, skills, abilities, and expertise in musculoskeletal care, injury prevention (IP), and other AT related functions to communicate H2F doctrine, lessons learned, and best practices; the AT will not provide provision of care services. The SCC will use their knowledge, skills, abilities, and expertise in strength and conditioning programming, IP, and other strength and conditioning related functions to communicate H2F doctrine, lessons learned, and best practices. The CPS will use their knowledge, skills, abilities, and expertise in cognitive skills training, mental resiliency, and other cognitive performance related functions to communicate H2F doctrine, lessons learned, and best practices. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract. Please see PWS for more information.
