The contractor shall use an automatic identification technology device for this verification that has been programmed to the requirements of Appendix A, MIL-STD-130, latest version. (d) For each item that requires item unique identification under paragraph (c)(1)(i), (ii), or (iv) of this clause or when item unique identification is provided under paragraph (c)(1)(v), in addition to the information provided as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report specified elsewhere in this contract, the Contractor shall report at the time of delivery, as part of the Material Inspection and Receiving Report, the following information: (1) Unique item identifier. (2) Unique item identifier type. (3) Issuing agency code (if concatenated unique item identifier is used). (4) Enterprise identifier (if concatenated unique item identifier is used). (5) Original part number (if there is serialization within the original part number). (6) Lot or batch number (if there is serialization within the lot or batch number). (7) Current part number (optional and only if not the same as the original part number). (8) Current part number effective date (optional and only if current part number is used). (9) Serial number (if concatenated unique item identifier is used). (10) Government's unit acquisition cost. (11) Unit of measure. (12) Type designation of the item as specified in the contract schedule, if any. (13) Whether the item is an item of Special Tooling or Special Test Equipment. (14) Whether the item is covered by a warranty.

Scope

Description of Services The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, transportation and supplies necessary to fulfill the requirements of this PWS.

Evaluation

Unless the Offeror is the Canadian Commercial Corporation, the Offeror shall insert the substance of this provision, including this paragraph (c), in all subcontracts exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold defined in FAR part 2. DescriptionHensley Dam Weed Spraying Service Contract - W9123826QA021 The Government anticipates issuing a Request for Quotes (RFQ) with the intent of awarding a Firm-Fixed Price contract for Weed Spraying for a base year with four option years. Project Description: The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform Weed Spraying services at Hidden Dam, Hensley Lake, Madera County, CA. Services include the application of herbicides, routine inspections, and compliance with environmental and safety regulations. This prospective contract action will be conducted using North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Landscaping Service). The size standard is $9.5 million. Product Service Code is S208 (Housekeeping - Landscaping/Groundskeeping). The solicitation will proceed as a small business set-aside and is estimated to be issued on or about August 18th, 2026 with quotes due tentatively on September 18, 2026. The RFQ will be issued on the Government Point of Entry known as sam.gov and will establish a firm quotes due date/time. If applicable, the site visit date, time and location will be identified in the solicitation. BE ADVISED THAT THIS PROJECT MAY BE DELAYED, CANCELLED OR REVISED AT ANY TIME DURING THE PRE-SOLICITATION, SOLICITATION, SELECTION, EVALUATION, NEGOTIATION AND/OR FINAL AWARD PROCESS.
