This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is issued in accordance with RFO Part 5 and RFO 12.202 to acquire non-personal services for the inventory and evaluation of archaeological sites and structures for listing in the National Register of Historic Places (NRHP) at Fort Campbell, KY. In accordance with Sections 106 and 110 of the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) of 1966 and implementing regulations at 36 CFR Part 800, the Contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform Phase I Archaeological site detection surveys, Phase II Archaeological site evaluations, and Architectural/Structural NRHP eligibility evaluations in strict accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
