Location remains the same at 3740 FM 1670, Belton, TX 76513. ------------- SUBJECT: SITE IMPROVEMENTS, STILLHOUSE HOLLOW LAKE, TEXAS; DESCRIPTION: PROPOSED SOLICITATION NUMBER - W9126G26RA109, POSTED ON OR ABOUT 18 AUGUST 2026. CLOSING RESPONSE DATE: PRE-SOLICITATION CLOSE DATE OF 18 AUGUST 2026; ESTIMATED SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE OF 18 SEPTEMBER 2026. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, labor, and supervision necessary to repair utilities and perform upgrades at Stillhouse Hollow Lake. The base work includes the installation of approximately 1,000 linear feet of electric line with service disconnects, one (1) breaker box and nine (9) 100-amp pedestals, approximately 2,000 linear feet of sewer line, a lift station, approximately 1,700 linear feet of waterline to accommodate nine (9) RV sites, approximately 10,000 square feet of concrete and approximately 2,000 square yards of asphalt paving.
