Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (DTA) has a requirement to procure Testing Kit, Aviation Petroleum (NSN: 6630-01-558-5109, PN: 57K6311), This Invitation for Bids (IFB) is intended to result in the award of a single, 5-Year Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract. The price applicable to an individual order is the price for the ordering year in which the order is issued. The delivery date does not determine the ordering year. Minimum Five-Year Quantity: 15 EACH (This will be ordered at the time of the basic contract award). Maximum Five- Year Quantity: 516 EACH (Inclusive of Option Years, if applicable) Only the minimum five-year quantity is guaranteed. An IDIQ contract is a type of Indefinite-Delivery contact that provides for an indefinite quantity, within stated limits, during a fixed period. The quantities specified in the Schedule are estimates only and are not purchased by the resulting contract.
