Individual task orders will be de-ned and priced using a government-furnished Unit Price Book (UPB)-speci-cally the Dekel Cost Book, tailored for local standards in Israel. The baseline unit prices in the UPB encompass only direct material, labor, and equipment costs. To account for indirect operating expenses, overhead, and pro-t, the contractor will apply a proposed coefficient (adjustment factor) multiplied by the baseline UPB prices to determine the ?nal, binding price of each individual task order.
