Also, added the Bid opening time of 14:00 PM JST to Section 00 21 13, Instructions to Bidders. *** Amendment 0002 - Provide the first round of Request for Information (RFI) responses, which are detailed in the attached ProjNet Bidder Inquiry Report; a.
