This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulation at FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The US Army Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) Geotechnical and Structural Laboratory (GSL), Vicksburg, Mississippi requires a service contract for TA Instruments DHR-2, TGA, SDT, and TAM Air equipment. One award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered.
