This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO 12.201-1, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a Women-Owned Small Business set-aside under a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under RFO part 12. The NAICS code for this procurement is 811310 - Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance with a size standard of $12,500,000.00. Questions must be sent via email and received by 2:00 PM, local time, 02 September 2026. All inquiries regarding this Request for Quotation, must be send to Taylor Brandon, at Taylor.H.Brandon@usace.army.mil. The Government is under no obligation to provide a response to late questions.
