The work will be priced and executed using the JOB ORDER CONTRACT UNIT PRICEBOOK EUROPE DISTRICT - 2025. Each task order will also have an EPA adjustment if needed of the JOB ORDER CONTRACT UNIT PRICEBOOK EUROPE DISTRICT - 2025 . The geographical region covered under this scope is within the country of Italy. Specific locations include but are not limited to Vicenza, Livorno, or any other U.S. Government facilities located throughout Italy. SELECTION PROCESS: The Government intends to select a contractor for award using a best value trade-off source selection process. This process allows for a tradeoff between non-cost factors and cost/price and allows the Government to accept other than the lowest priced proposal or other than the highest technically rated proposal to achieve a best-value contract award.
