The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Interior Painting, Hopkinton-Everett Lakes, Hopkinton and Weare, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to paint the interior walls, ceilings, floors, doors, and door frames of the Hopkinton Lake Project Office, the Hopkinton Dam gatehouse, and the Elm Brook Park Ranger Station in Hopkinton, NH, and the Everett Lake Office in Weare, NH. There is a total of 14 (fourteen) door frames, 3 (three) cased openings, and 9 (nine) man doors to be painted. There is a total of 7 (seven) doors requiring interior trim painting only. In total, there is approximately 8,309 sq. ft. of painted surface. The magnitude of construction is between $25,000 and $100,000.
