All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in RFO FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0836 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Deep Core Soil Sampler & Transport Vehicle. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov/far-overhaul. This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside.The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code (NAICS) is 333111 - Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing. The small business size standard is 1,250 Employees. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The Agriculture Priorities and Allocations System (APAS) and assigned rating are not applicable to this solicitation. See "Attachment 1 - Solicitation Terms and Conditions" for applicable clauses, provisions, instructions, and evaluation criteria.
