(i) This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15B61726Q00000018. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the quarterly food requirement. Please read it in its entirety. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. All on-frozen, perishable foods must be delivered between 34 degrees F to 40 degrees F. All frozen foods must be delivered at 0 degrees F or below. Any products that indicate prior thawing will be refused. Vendors who fail to meet delivery schedules or specification may be removed indefinitely from future solicitations for bids.
