Dormitory Pressure Washing and Window Screen Replacement

Presolicitation Notice This notice is prepared in accordance with RFO FAR 5.1 and 12.201-1(c)(2). THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. The Government intends to solicit this requirement directly from suppliers in accordance with RFO FAR 12.201-1(c)(2). This will be a firm-fixed-price contract for the services listed below. The anticipated award date is on or before September 30, 2026 (this date can change). Description of Services The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, disposal materials, PPE, and tools to perform professional pressure washing services, window cleaning services, and screen repair/replacement services for specified dormitories on Hurlburt Field, FL. The contractor must perform all work in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), commercial standards, and building codes.
