IA - Temp Modular Office Space approx. 36X56 Vendor will submit a packet with drawings, description, and a mockup/photos for the office space that meets the SOW to be offered and a written plan for the installation and set up. Submit a filled out a price sheet, 1st page of the packet. This is a rental contract for temporary office space, not a construction contract. Bonding is not required. See attached packet. Unless ADA requirements changed this month, that would not be an acceptable surface for a ramp. Asphalt or concrete, or a solid, smooth surface is needed. Is a ramp needed as I¿m not seeing anything that indicates a handicap parking area is needed for the ramp to terminate? A: ADA and ABA require level and slip-resistant landings that are free of obstructions. Compacted gravel meets this requirement. Provide accessible ramps per the scope of work.
