General Requirements • Contractor must be licensed, insured, and experienced in commercial/government facility blind installation. • All work must comply with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. • Contractor shall coordinate all access and scheduling with the Government’s designated point of contact. • Work areas must remain clean, safe, and accessible to staff during the project.
Deliverables • Installation of 67 new blinds, complete with hardware. • Final inspection report and confirmation of fully functioning blinds. • Warranty documentation for labor and materials, if applicable.
Contracting Officers may require additional information or documentation of eligibility at any time in the acquisition life-cycle, including pre-award/proposal evaluation.
