Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, transportation, supervision, and technical services necessary for the complete installation and commissioning of the MEDRAD equipment listed below.
Price The Contractor shall provide the following documentation with their offer: Offeror shall submit B.2 Price Schedule with unit prices rounded to the hundredth.
The Government will conduct a comparative evaluation of quotations to determine the best value to the Government using the following factors: Technical Capability Past Performance Price (b) Options (if applicable).
The formal certification must be completed, signed and returned with the offeror’s bid, quotation, or proposal.
