USMC National Museum Sherman Tank Transportation & Salvage UPDATED 24 AUGUST 2026
The purpose of this requirement is to recover M4A3 Sherman s/n 50296, currently located at Range 106 on the west side of Marine Corps Base (MCB) Twentynine Palms. This will require a crane to lift the 30-ton tank and load onto an RGN semi-trailer for transportation back to the NMMCs Museum Support Facility (MSF) at 17
