The requirement is to remove and dispose of the existing Traulsen warmers/coolers and installation of the new commercial grade Traulsen warmers/coolers in the Monarch dining facility kitchen. The Contractor must provide all labor, materials, and specialized equipment as necessary to perform the work described herein as well as disposal of the removed items.
